How many games will each team play?

Each team is guaranteed 5 games throughout Saturday / Sunday.

When will games be played on Saturday / Sunday?

Teams should be prepared to play:

Saturday: between 7:00AM – 6:00PM
Sunday: between 7:00AM – 4:00PM

What is the format of the Festival?

The Festival will feature pool play on Saturday, after which teams will be reseeded into championship and consolation brackets for Sunday. This ensures a more competitive experience for all teams. Championship medals will be awarded to the division champions.

Where can I find the game schedule?

The game schedule will be released by January 9, 2026 and posted on the Sports Engine /Tourney Machine App.

Is there a player drop off area?

Yes, designated drop-off / rideshare areas are located: White Parking Lot, Corner of Madison St / Ave 50*, Corner of Monroe St / Ave 50*

*Attendants will be available at these drop-off locations to assist with drop-offs on Ave 50.

Where can I park an RV, sprinter van or bus?

• Oversized vehicles (RVs, 12 passenger vans, sprinters etc.) are permitted to park during the day in the White Lot only.
• If traveling by bus, you must contact the Tournament Director for pre-approval and assigned parking.
• No overnight parking is allowed at the Empire Polo Club.
