Yes, food and beverage vendors will be located throughout the venue with the largest setups being near LaxMall and the Hacienda.  There will also be lounges with NFL coverage, onsite restaurants and mobile bars (21+).  No outside food or drink permitted.

Yes, team tents are permitted on the perimeter of the venue, away from fields, buildings, and walkways. Tents may not be placed between fields or in high-traffic areas. All tents must be securely staked down or they will be removed.

If you or someone you see needs assistance, go to a medic tent or ask any event staff member (wearing orange shirts that with STAFF on the back) to call for help.  Event staff will be stationed at every field and will also be roaming the venue.  They are equipped to communicate with head event staff, security and Certified Athletic Trainers.

No. The Empire Polo Club strictly prohibits dogs on the premises, with the exception of service animals trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities.

Any attendees attempting to bring dogs other than service animals will be turned away and not allowed access to the Festival. Security personnel will be present to ensure compliance.

Visit our Vendors page and complete the retail vendor application form.  We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.  A limited number of retail vendors are accepted, with priority given to returning vendors.  All vendors must pay a vending fee based on square footage and provide a certificate of insurance.
