What is the format of the Festival?

The Festival will feature pool play on Saturday, after which teams will be reseeded into championship and consolation brackets for Sunday. This ensures a more competitive experience for all teams. Championship prizes will be awarded to the division champions.

Where can I find the game schedule?

The 2027 game schedule will be published by Jan 8, 2027.

Where can I park an RV, sprinter van or bus?

• Oversized vehicles (RVs, 12 passenger vans, sprinters etc.) are permitted to park during the day in the White Lot only.
• If traveling by bus, you must contact the Tournament for pre-approval and assigned parking.
• No overnight parking is allowed at the Empire Polo Club.

Where is ADA parking located?

ADA parking is available in all parking lots. There is no separate ADA designation when purchasing a parking pass. Upon arrival onsite please present your parking pass and ADA placard to the parking attendants, who will direct you to the designated ADA parking area within the lot. The venue is so large, how do I get around once I am parked?

Shuttle buses will be available to assist players and spectators with traversing the Shuttle Buses: Buses will be available to assist players and spectators with traversing the venue. Refer to the map for shuttle route information and look for designated stops onsite. Service begins at 1:30 Pm on Friday and 6:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Are food and beverages available at the Festival?

Yes, food and beverage vendors will be located throughout the venue with the largest setups being near Lax Mall and Food Truck Village. There will also be lounges with NFL coverage, onsite restaurants and mobile bars (21+). No outside food or drink permitted.
