Will there be pedicabs available?

Pedicabs, e-bikes, and electric scooters are not permitted onsite in 2026. We understand the convenience these options can provide; however, the venue has made it clear that they are not allowed due to previously identified safety concerns. This policy is consistent with other major events hosted at the venue, as pedicabs were also not permitted during Coachella or Stagecoach this past year. Is there a player drop off area?

Yes, designated drop-off / rideshare areas are located: White Parking Lot, Corner of Madison St / Ave 50*, Corner of Monroe St / Ave 50*

*Attendants will be available at these drop-off locations to assist with drop-offs on Ave 50.

What items are prohibited?

The following items are strictly prohibited by the Empire Polo Club and the Festival unless previously approved by the Tournament Director.  Event security is authorized to remove individuals found in violation of this policy: drones, E-bikes, golf carts, electric scooters, ATVs, dogs (only service animals pre-approved by the tournament director will be permitted), coolers of any kind (except for medical use), outside food or beverage

How do I purchase a parking pass?

As of 12/9, parking passes are on sale. The purchase link is posted on https://sandstormlacrosse.com/plan-your-trip/#parking and has been emailed to all registered team administrators and players through our event communication platform.

If a specific parking lot appears sold out, please continue to check back. Passes become available as exchanges or refunds are processed.
