January 1, 2026The following items are strictly prohibited by the Empire Polo Club and the Festival unless previously approved by the Tournament Director. Event security is authorized to remove individuals found in violation of this policy:
- E-bikes
- Dogs
- Golf carts
- Electric scooters
- ATVs
- Coolers of any kind (except for medical use)
- Outside food or beverage
Manual bicycles are permitted at the venue and must comply with all venue regulations. Riding is allowed on paved walkways only; bicycles are not permitted on grass areas. Riders must travel at safe speeds and remain aware of pedestrian traffic at all times.
