Registration

Our goal is to create divisions that will allow for all teams to have a competitive tournament weekend.

Your selected division during registration is NOT final. We understand that rosters and team competitiveness levels may change between now and January.

As we get closer to the tournament and prior to creating a tournament schedule, we send a list of registered teams and divisions. At that time, we will ask directors / admins to confirm appropriate placement or request a division change if needed.

BOYS & GIRLS DIVISIONS – BY GRAD YEAR
Typically suited for teams made up of one or two graduation years and competing at a club level.
AA – Elite Competition; state and national level clubs
A – Experienced; regional level clubs and competitive high school level
B – Least Competitive; recreational level clubs and local programs

BOYS DIVISIONS – HS OPEN
Designed for teams with rosters spanning three to four grad years, often school-based or recreational programs that compete at a lower level.
Open A – Have some experience and compete at a lower skill level
Open B – Have little experience and compete at a low skill level

GIRLS DIVISIONS – HS OPEN
Designed for mix-grade teams not suited for grad year placement. These teams divisions are based on skill and competitiveness.
HS Open A – Most competitive, experienced
HS Open B – Competitive, experienced
HS Open C – Mid-level competitive
HS Open D – Less competitive, lower level with minimal experience
HS Open E – Least competitive, lower level with minimal experience *NO seniors allowed*

Sand Storm Lacrosse Festival reserves the right to combine sub-divisions if necessary
